Terms of Service

The service

RevenueGuard provides best-effort operational monitoring for Shopify stores. Synthetic checks sample selected paths and configurations; they do not represent every customer, device, product or session. We do not guarantee uninterrupted monitoring, detection of every defect, or prevention of revenue loss. Possible related changes are correlation signals, not proof of causation.

Merchant responsibilities

You must be authorized to connect and monitor each store, keep account access secure, maintain accurate configuration and review incident reports. Do not submit real payment credentials or real customer information as synthetic test profiles. Do not use the service for unauthorized access, abusive traffic or unlawful processing.

Full Transaction Tests require an explicitly authorized, positively verified supported test configuration. The feature is disabled by default. RevenueGuard does not activate payment test mode for you. You are responsible for ensuring testing cannot interfere with customer payments, fulfillment, inventory or notifications, and for manually reviewing and removing test orders where automatic cleanup is unavailable. A setup flag alone does not permit payment submission.

Billing and changes

Shopify App Pricing controls subscriptions, trials, charges and plan changes for each store. Shopify presents the applicable price and approval terms. RevenueGuard applies confirmed entitlements. Loss of entitlement may pause paid monitoring without deleting history. No price or trial is promised by these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access needed to protect security or service operation, address misuse or enforce applicable subscription terms. You may disconnect or uninstall. Processing then stops and data is removed according to the Privacy Policy and Shopify privacy requests. Workspace members cannot override store or administrative safety restrictions.

Liability and governing terms

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of fitness for every business scenario, and the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by undetected store defects or third-party outages. Nothing excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, subject to any mandatory laws and rights that apply to you. Please contact the operator first to seek a resolution of any dispute.

These terms form the service agreement between the merchant and the individual operator identified below. By using RevenueGuard, you agree to these terms. The Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum form part of this agreement. VTX RevenueGuard is the product brand; it is not a separate company.
